ESP Launches New Website

Spokane Valley, WA: ESP, Inc. has recently launched a new website built by OMNICOMMANDER of Miramar Beach, Florida.

During the definition and planning phase, one element that became paramount was the functionality to update the site in-house. ESP has a track record of managing its own content and wanted the ability to make changes quickly. Modern marketing practices require an active approach to content management, and websites must reflect that.

OMNICOMMANDER is known for its close ties in the credit union industry and the choice for building a website for a core processor that strictly serves credit unions. Originally, OMNICOMMANDER was a service provider for ESP's clients, building ADA-compliant websites and producing marketing materials. With its success in creating sites for ESP clients, they were tasked with creating a site that would appeal to credit unions specifically. The site is modern and is easily updated - two points that were primary in its development.

The new site reflects a significant design change for ESP. Located in the Inland Northwest, the Marketing Team at ESP wanted a website that showcased the region's unique beauty and reflected the high-tech nature of the business. The giant video banners were shot in-house by ESP and will be updated seasonally to give a fresh look. Trendy thin line icons and simple animations make the site visually engaging.

ESP also took a chance on the site navigation. With mobile devices taking the forefront for web browsing, it made sense to create a "mobile-first" site. The site has opted for a hamburger icon instead of a top menu, a very bold choice – one that developers at OMNICOMMANDER were chomping at the bit to deploy.

ESP's Marketing Guru, John Demke, spearheaded the project. "Working closely with OMNICOMMANDER's Greg Conger was a true meeting of the minds. He'd come to me with a design idea, and I would tell him to run with it, and they always seemed to work! His close attention to detail made the project a pleasure."

Ultimately, what makes a website worth the cost of development is the increase in traffic. Using the built-in analytics on the site, confirming those numbers will be easy.

About ESP, Inc.: ESP is a core processor located in Spokane Valley, Washington, serving credit unions for 25 years. This core has earned a name for providing incredible customer service and extensive vendor integration.
